Talking about the passions of my life is always complicated and fun because it brings me good memories.
When I was only eight, I was always curious about how my mother made her famous carrot cake and cheese bread, and because I was super-hyperactive, it was a way to keep me far away from trouble.
After a day of skateboarding and riding my bike with my friends, I loved the smell and taste in the late afternoon!
I believe this was my first contact with the culinary profession that I love and it gave me the curiosity to learn!
Absolutely loved it.
